    At FreshBuySeafoods, we take pride in delivering the freshest and highest-quality seafood. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and return policy is outlined as follows:

    1. No Returns Policy

    • As seafood is highly perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or picked up.

    2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

    We understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

    • If you receive an incorrect, spoiled, or damaged product.
    • If the issue is reported within 2 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the item.

    Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion after assessing the situation.

    3. Non-Refundable Items

    The following items are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

    • Any fresh or frozen seafood that has been opened or tampered with after delivery.
    • Orders that have not been reported within the stipulated time frame (2 hours from delivery).

    4. Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
