At FreshBuySeafoods, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality seafood. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy.
1. Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted in cases of incorrect, spoiled, or damaged products.
- Customers must submit a return request within 2 hours of receiving the order.
- The request must include a valid reason along with clear photos of the product for assessment.
- If the return request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- If the return request is made after 2 hours of receiving the order.
- If the seafood has been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.
- If the order was delivered correctly but was not as per personal taste or preference.
3. Refund Policy
- If the return request is approved, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method.
- Refunds are only applicable for incorrect, damaged, or spoiled products and will be issued at our discretion.
- No refund will be provided if the customer is not available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.
4. Delivery Issues
- In case of unexpected delivery delays from our end, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
- If the customer is not available to receive the order, no refund will be issued.
